Meet the Experts
William A. "Bill" Burgstrom, Partner
In 1961, Bill left a career in farming to pursue real estate. He became licensed as a broker in 1966 and opened his own firm shortly after. At first, he specialized in the sales and leasing of agricultural land, then pursued commercial and industrial investment properties. Bill has played a key role in developing many business areas in Watsonville, including Watsonville Square Shopping Center, the Hangar Way industrial park and Valle Verde Medical Center.
Bill and his wife, Lupe, have had the opportunity to travel and visit many parts of our world. Other interests include spending time with family and friends, playing golf and fishing.
Glenn A. Kramer, Partner
Glenn left the construction field to join Burgstrom Kramer in 1981. He became a partner in 1985. Glenn's knowledge of building construction is invaluable as he oversees the property management division and lends his expertise in the development process. He is also actively involved in the sales and leasing of commercial and industrial properties.
Glenn was raised locally and graduated from UC-Santa Cruz with a degree in biology. His interests include fishing, motorcycle riding, playing the guitar and boating.
Kelly J. Davis, Office Manager, Real Estate Salesperson
Kelly began managing the office of Burgstrom Kramer, Inc. in 2001. In 2004, she received her real estate license and expanded her role in the firm to include leasing, sales and assisting with property management. Kelly has an extensive background in sales and service. Prior to joining the Burgstrom Kramer team, she owned and operated an Interior Design company specializing in commercial design.
Kelly enjoys traveling with her husband, Don Torrecillas. Other interests include boating, gardening and entertaining. She has recently taken up quilting.
Rhonda Stevenson, Office Assistant
Rhonda brought her considerable office experience to Burgstrom Kramer in 2005. Prior to joining our firm, she worked for many years with a local Farmers Insurance agency. Rhonda handles multiple responsibilities which include reception, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Rhonda enjoys spending time with family and friends, travel and exploring our beautiful California coast.
Jim Wishard, Building Operations and Maintenance Contractor
Jim began his career with Burgstrom Kramer in 1987. A graduate of San Diego State, Jim received his contractor's license in 1994. He oversees the building and maintenance operations for the properties we manage, handling many tasks himself. He has also assembled a team of professionals to assist him as needed in taking excellent care of all properties entrusted to Burgstrom Kramer, Inc.
In his spare time, Jim enjoys putting down his tools and picking up a golf club. He also enjoys surfing, camping and travel.
